US and Canada Shipping

Due to their light weight, we ship all of our patterns first class, as it’s the most economical and efficient option for you. Please contact us if you need another method. All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.

International Orders

We are happy to offer international shipping. All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. We are always looking for ways to improve international shipping, so please send us your feedback!

The buyer is responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed locally. Unfortunately, sellers in the US do not have any means to control or assume these fees. These vary by country, so check with your local government for up to date information on customs fees.

Payment

For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards as well as Paypal.

Returns

Returns are accepted on unopened, unused items within 10 days of receipt. We do not accept returns on used items. If your return is a result of an error on our part, we will issue a refund for shipping as well as the cost of the item. Otherwise, shipping is nonrefundable.

Giving

A percentage of the proceeds from every pattern we sell is donated to organizations that promote animal welfare. Currently, all donations go to the organization Alley Cat Allies, whose mission is to protect and improve the lives of feral cats.
