Shipping
Due to their light weight, we ship most small orders via USPS First Class mail, as it's the most economical option. Larger orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Orders are processed and shipped within five business days.
Shipping prices are based on USPS rates to the delivery address. Shipping prices will show in your cart once your shipping address is entered.
International Orders
The buyer is responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed locally. Unfortunately, sellers in the US do not have any means to control or assume these fees. These vary by country so check with your local government for up to date information on customs fees.
Payment
For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal.
Returns
Returns are accepted on unopened, unused items within 10 days of receipt. We do not accept returns on used items. If your return is a result of an error on our part, we will issue a refund for shipping as well as the cost of the item. Otherwise, shipping is nonrefundable. Please contact us with your order number before sending back any returns.
We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for digital products.
Giving
A percentage of the proceeds from every pattern we sell is donated to organizations that promote animal welfare. Currently, all donations go to the organization The Pixie Project, a rescue organization that removes at-risk animals from shelters and finds them homes.
